1. Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts
2. Experience with .Net version 3.5 or higher
3. Experience in ASP.Net MVC & ASP.Net applications
4. Exposure and understanding of ASP
5. Experience in WCF Services, Web Services
6. SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 exposure, need to write, understand the queries and do performance tuning(as needed)
7. Strong .Net Application Debugging skills
8. Good Communication
