JOB DESCRIPTION

• Experience working with #BPPM/ #TrueSight
• Hands-on experience in #BMC BPPM/TrueSight deployment and customization
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience in all modules viz BPPM/TrueSight, IS , Service Impact Model, Event Management, PATROL
• BPPM Integration experience with Remedy, App Visibility Manager & others tools
• Troubleshooting and administration of all above products on UNIX, Windows based hosts
• Support and maintain a High-Availability BPPM/TrueSight environment
• Install, upgrade, configure and troubleshoot BPPM/TrueSight
• Develop and test automation in the monitoring tools
• Provide consultation to support teams in analyzing reports and metrics

REQUIREMENT

• BE/B.Tech in IT/CS/E&C or BCA
• Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with Customers, Vendors, and other internal groups as required
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Candidates with Truesight Operations Management certification will have added advantage
