• Leading product envisioning workshops and capturing business requirements (identifying operating models, business processes, services, capabilities, etc.) and modelling them in live, interactive sessions.

• Strong sense of user-centered design with hands on expertise using various UI/UX design tools.

• Backlog Grooming & Prioritization

• Epic/ Feature/ Story Estimations

• Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives

• Develop relationships across the IT organization

• Ability to translate project deliverables to operational task
